BPM Mezzanine Fund provided financing for the buy-out of a POS solutions provider iD Süsteemide OÜ

BPM Mezzanine Fund SICAV-SIF, SCA (BPM) has provided financing for an acquisition of a point of sale (“POS”) solutions provider iD Süsteemide OÜ. iDS develops POS software, provides technical support services and related hardware products. The Company is active across Estonia with a wide- and reputable client base. The new owner of the Company, DncOne OÜ, managed by Mr. Üllar Jaaksoo, plans to continue with the same business model and maintain the strong foothold in Estonia.
