BPM Mezzanine Fund II provided financing to an Estonian paint producer Eskaro AS to create a stable long term capital base for the company

BPM Mezzanine Fund II has provided financing for an Estonian paint producer Eskaro AS (www.eskaro.ee). Eskaro is a leading water-based paint manufacturer operating in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. The company’s goal is to achieve balanced development in socio-economic and environmental fields in order to ensure a high quality of life in a safe and clean environment both today and in the future. The financing by BPM enabled Eskaro to strengthen its capital structure to capitalize on growth opportunities in the region.

Commenting on the deal, Mr. Igor Chumakov, CEO of Eskaro, noted: “This transaction has allowed us to refinance all debt obligations, providing financial stability and strength for further growth. Attracting a strong financial partner allows Eskaro to continue gaining the market share.” 

For BPM, it marked the second transaction from BPM Mezzanine Fund II.  Priit Veering, Partner of BPM, said: “Eskaro has consistently demonstrated its ability to generate stable cash flows over a long period of time.
